Three sections, mixed together
Numerical
Read tables, work out totals, shares and price changes. A calculator is allowed in most real tests, and you may use one here too.
Logical
Conclusions that must follow, orderings and codes. Read every word: the trap is usually in the wording.
Abstract
Series of figures that change step by step. Find what changes and how.

Questions
Is this the same as the test my employer uses?
No. Real tests are made by different publishers and vary, but most use these three kinds of question. Practising the format helps you stay calm and fast.
Why a percentile instead of an IQ?
Aptitude tests are usually reported as percentiles: the share of people who scored lower than you.
Can I use a calculator?
Yes. Most numerical tests allow one. The time limit is the real challenge.
