How it works
Tests run on the page you loaded and your result is emailed to you. Here is what the site does and what its limits are.
Original questions
Every figure is drawn by this site’s own code from simple rules, such as shape, count, fill and rotation. No question is copied from a published test. Wrong options are built to differ from the answer in a single detail, so you cannot find the answer by picking the most common features.
How the score is calculated
Your raw score is the number of right answers. Each question has an estimated share of adults who get it right. From these, the site estimates the average and spread of raw scores, and converts yours to the IQ scale (average 100, standard deviation 15). The likely range shown with your result reflects how precise a test of that length can be.
Provisional norms
These norms are estimates, not the result of testing a representative sample. They will be refined as data comes in. That is why every score here is a practice estimate, not a clinical result.
Questionnaires
The emotional intelligence and personality questionnaires use statements written for this site. Each area’s score is the share of the maximum you reached, from 0 to 100, with some statements scored in reverse.
Your data
Questions are drawn and scored in your browser, and your individual answers stay there so you can continue a test. When you finish, your result and the details you entered before the test are sent to our server so we can email you a detailed copy. See the privacy policy.
